The Wedge Performing Arts Centre is a contemporary and exciting venue for performing arts, functions and events in the heart of Gippsland. Located on the Port of Sale with prime highway frontage, the Centre links Sale’s business district to the historical Port precinct.

The Centre features an open plan café which seats approx. 100 patrons with a range of seating both indoors, and outdoors in the all weather under cover seating area.

As well as providing food and refreshments to the Performing Arts Centre visitors and patrons, the café has an important purpose and is critical to the overall operation of the facility. In addition to operating the café the successful applicant will be required to provide bar and catering service during performing arts events at pre-show, interval, and post show for the Centre's patrons. Approximately 100 shows, delivering a captive audience of approximately 25,000 patrons are programmed each year.

The successful applicant must possess a dynamic approach to ensure that the competing needs of these varied services are met.
